  Whenever we take a case, we automatically prepare it for trial. This ensures we don’t miss anything. Throughout the process, we determine if experts need to be retained or witnesses need to be subpoenaed. Furthermore, we ensure that the other side is giving us all of their evidence. If they’re not, we’ll slap them with the appropriate court orders to make sure your rights aren’t being violated. (This tactic has helped us get many cases dismissed altogether.)
• How do you view your role in the attorney-client relationship?
