Steven Titus & Associates, P.C. Offers $500 Nationwide Scholarship

By stladmin on June 5, 2018

College isn’t for everyone. Though lots of jobs nowadays require four-year degrees, there are still great ones that don’t, ones that you learn the old-fashioned way: by doing them. To be honest, a lot of lawyering—especially tackling opponents in the courtroom—is also like that, but if you want to be a lawyer, you probably have to go to college. And that’s not a bad thing by any means.

Steven Titus, founding attorney of Steven Titus & Associates, P.C., thrived during his college and law school years, and because of that, he and his firm want to help one lucky and talented student pay for some expenses that come along with higher education. We are offering $500 as the prize for impressing us through our Find Your Path Scholarship 2018.

To be eligible, you need to be a U.S. high school senior on course to graduate with at least a 3.0 GPA and intend to go to college, or a current college student enrolled in a two- or four-year academic institution.

Then, we ask that you introduce yourself in 100-200 words, and finish up by completing the application form and writing a short essay of 500-1,000 words. We want you to tell us:

  1. How attending college will help you achieve your future goals.
  2. How you plan on leaving your mark on the world, and how your college education will help you do that.

That’s it!

We will be announcing our finalists on August 22, and have our winner by September 12.

Steven Titus and his team strongly believe that education is the great equalizer, and we want to encourage every student, from our home state of Wyoming and beyond in the whole wide world, to keep learning. Trust us, it’s important: as attorneys, we have to take continuing education classes every year to keep on top of new laws, interpretations, and trial techniques. (And our clients thank us for that.)

We leave you with the words of Nelson Mandela: “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” The more you know, the more you’re capable of, and we at Steven Titus & Associates, P.C., can’t wait to see what the future holds in store from this up-and-coming generation.

The last day to apply is August 8, so we invite you to get started on our scholarship page. Be sure to check out our Facebook and blog to stay up to date on the Find Your Path Scholarship 2018!
