Originally from Pueblo, Colorado, Joe graduated from Colorado State University-Pueblo with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Italian Language. He interned at the Pueblo District Attorney’s office while attending school. A trained paralegal, before becoming an attorney Joe worked for a Colorado private practice law firm, concentrating in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury. Joe was accepted to the University of Massachusetts School of Law and moved to New England where he completed his Juris Doctor.
He then lived in Rome, Italy, working for a law firm in the areas of International Aviation and Maritime Law. Fluent in Italian and the Italian legal system, Joe qualified to take the Italian Bar Exam. He has dual citizenship with the United States and Italy. Joe returned to the United States to accept a position with the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. In his brief two years as an Assistant District Attorney, Joe was asked to take the position of Supervisor of District Court. After several years with the District Attorney’s Office, Joe became a criminal defense attorney.
Even though he isn’t admitted to practice law in Wyoming, Joe accepted the challenge of helping build this firm with long-time friend Steven Titus, acting as the firm’s paralegal and investigator.
