About Our Firm
Aggressive Attorneys Who Get Justice.
When you’ve been accused of a crime or injured in a serious accident, you need an attorney with an intense work ethic. Skill and experience are great, but the willingness to hustle, organize, calculate, dig in, and battle out every aspect of your case is what truly will make the difference in the courtroom.
Perspiration beats inspiration every time.
At Steven Titus & Associates, P.C., our team is not only well-versed in the law—we’re devoted to making sure that your rights are always protected. Since Steven Titus founded the firm in 2016, he’s gotten results that are unmatched. He can compete with any attorney in the state of Wyoming (and has). Starting off with criminal defense, Steven expanded the firm’s practice to help victims of personal injury attain justice as well. Then, family law was added to the menu. Today, Steven Titus & Associates, P.C., is a thriving team of attorneys and support staff who all have one mission: to get the best possible outcome for every client.
We understand that your case will be the last thing you think about every night before you go to bed. We do our best to alleviate this stress and work hard to get you justice. For a free case strategy session, don’t hesitate to call (307) 257-7800 or contact our firm online today. We also speak Spanish.
Now, let’s get to know each other better. Here are some questions we’re frequently asked:
- What sets your firm apart from other firms?
When you hire us, you’re not just hiring an attorney you can reach between 9-5, five days a week. You are hiring an attorney who is always available to you. When you retain this firm, you will receive Steven’s personal cell phone number, which can be reached 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
That said, we should let you know we are very selective in which clients we accept to represent. Not every client will fit our form of practicing law. You know what you get with this firm, because we’ll tell you straight out. Don’t worry. Your case strategy session is still free, and we’ll help find an attorney who can help you.
- What steps do you take to prepare for a difficult case?
Whenever we take a case, we automatically prepare it for trial. This ensures we don’t miss anything. Throughout the process, we determine if experts need to be retained or witnesses need to be subpoenaed. Furthermore, we ensure that the other side is giving us all of their evidence. If they’re not, we’ll slap them with the appropriate court orders to make sure your rights aren’t being violated. (This tactic has helped us get many cases dismissed altogether.)
- How do you view your role in the attorney-client relationship?
Our role is to exercise the wishes of our clients. As Steven says, "I WILL NEVER MAKE A DECISION without my client knowing. I take pride in in personalizing every case for every client and ALWAYS being available for my clients."
- How does having experience benefit your clients?
We believe it’s important to know the judges, the clerks at the courthouse, and the prosecutors. Having practiced our whole careers exclusively in Wyoming, we know how judges want to hear certain arguments. We also know how certain prosecutors tend to handle various cases. We know how to tell a jury your story so they can understand what you’ve been through. Therefore, we handle each unique case with these dynamics in mind, and in the end, it absolutely helps our clients.
- What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding aspect of our job is to end the stress that someone is feeling. A case weighs heavily on a person’s mind. We know the constant fear of going to jail. Of not being able to afford your medical bills. Of losing your kids. It’s absolutely unimaginable. Our firm’s own investigator was once accused of sexual assault, so we have firsthand experience in that arena.
We live for the smile on a client’s face when the jury says “Not Guilty!” Or when we get to make a phone call and tell a client that the prosecutor has dismissed his case. That you were offered a settlement with enough money to pay all your bills and then some. Or that you get to keep your kids. It makes this job absolutely worth it for the team at Steven Titus & Associates, P.C.
